OMIT Advisory || All sorts of Laden & Empty Containers
প্রিয় ডিপো কর্তৃপক্ষ, আমরা অবগত হয়েছি যে, বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে খালি কন্টেইনার Omit প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করার সময় Maersk-এর পূর্বানুমোদন (NOC) গ্রহণ না করেই কাস্টমার কর্তৃক শিপমেন্ট/কন্টেইনার বাতিল করা হচ্ছে। এর ফলে, কন্টেইনারটি কাস্টমারের জন্য বরাদ্দ থাকা সত্ত্বেও শেষ মুহূর্তে আমাদের অবগত না করে বাতিল করায়, প্রযোজ্য চার্জসমূহ কাস্টমারের নিকট থেকে আদায় করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতি পরিহারের লক্ষ্যে, সকল প্রকার খালি কন্টেইনার Omit ও Export Booking Cancellation-এর ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নোক্ত নির্দেশনাসমূহ কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করা বাধ্যতামূলকঃ
1. যথাযথ বুকিং কনফার্মেশন ছাড়া কোনো খালি কন্টেইনার কোনো কাস্টমারের জন্য বরাদ্দ করা যাবে না।
2. কাস্টমারের নামে খালি কন্টেইনার বরাদ্দ করার পর অবশ্যই ডাম্পিং রিপোর্ট এবং ডাম্পিং টেলেক্স প্রদান করতে হবে। এছাড়াও, Shipper Premises-এ মুভমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে POS টেলেক্স সিস্টেমে আপডেট করতে হবে। 3. Omit করা MTY কন্টেইনার পুনরায় CFS-এ ফেরত আসার পর, বিদ্যমান প্রক্রিয়া অনুযায়ী Gate-In MTY Telex অবশ্যই যথাযথভাবে ট্রিগার করতে হবে
4. খালি কন্টেইনার Omit সংক্রান্ত কোনো অনুরোধ প্রাপ্ত হলে নির্ধারিত ফরম্যাট অনুযায়ী তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে Omit Request উত্থাপন করতে হবে এবং সকল সংশ্লিষ্ট স্টেকহোল্ডার (MSK CX, MSK CGO OPS, FF/Customer) কে অবহিত করতে হবে।
5. Omit Request Mail অবশ্যই অফিস সময় (সকাল ০৯:০০টা – বিকাল ০৪:০০টা) এর মধ্যে ট্রিগার করতে হবে।
6. Omit Request Mail প্রেরণের সময় GSC (GSCOPSRKEMWCA@maersk.com) কে অবশ্যই সঠিকভাবে কপি (CC) রাখতে হবে, যাতে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকে।
7. কোনো বরাদ্দকৃত খালি কন্টেইনার কাস্টমার ব্যবহার করতে না চাইলে অথবা শিপমেন্ট বাতিল করলে, তার পূর্বে অবশ্যই আমাদের মেইলে অবগত করতে হবেএবং Maersk (MSK) থেকে NOC গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
8. উক্ত NOC প্রাপ্তির পূর্বে কোনো অবস্থাতেই Shipment Cancellation কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করা যাবে না।
9. Omit request Mail এর উপর MSK এর approval ভিত্তিতে উক্ত কন্টেইনারটি omit করা যাবে এবং পরবর্তী অন্য কোনো শিপমেন্টের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
উপরোক্ত নির্দেশনাসমূহ যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণে আপনাদের সার্বিক সহযোগিতা কামনা করছি। উল্লিখিত কোনো নির্দেশনা অনুসরণে ব্যর্থ হলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট যাবতীয় চার্জ ডিপোর নিকট থেকে আদায় করা হবে।
